Problem: After the sad demise of both parents in short succession, our client approached the team with their parents tired property which had just finished a year in probate. They explained they did not have the emotional ability to deal with a full refurb and just needed to move on from the whole ordeal quickly.

The situation is very close to the teams heart after having also experienced the same with family very recently. We promised to facilitate a swift smooth sale and restore the family home to it’s former glory.

Property: 4 Bedroom Semi-Detached House
Problem: After years of neglect, this property shows rotten decking, patchwork paintwork and 70s style cladding.
Renovation: Not long after shooting this video, the house next door went up for sale, a mirror image of the first too. Ours Investors were chomping at the opportunity and not too long after demolition was complete. Both properties were then ready to undergo a thorough renovation to ensure everything is top notch for the future tenants. Check out our progress below…
